Ingredients3 to 5 cups penne pasta
Sauce:
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. basil
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Cook penne pasta according to instruction on package. Drain. Mix with sauce and serve immediately.
Sauce: Put the garlic, basil, and olive oil in a blender jar or food processor bowl. Blend until smooth. Add feta cheese a bit at a time in blender or food processor and process just until the cheese is blended into the mixture. The sauce should have the same consistency as heavy cream. If too thick, add additional oil or water, a tablespoon at a time.
